Makes me wish we’d been watching instead of listening to whatever the smart speaker thinks makes sense as stuff to follow Dolly’s Rockstar album.
(For reasons that made sense at the time, I listened to a big chunk of the album on youtube last weekend, but today I asked the smart speaker to play the album, which worked reasonably well.)
Overall, I’m not terribly sad that I’m not watching much football today.
She still sounds like Dolly Parton (rather than a rock star) strikes me as both a valid criticism and kinda hilarious, because I’m pretty sure most people who listen to it will listen at least the first time because of who she is and the rest of her career (and the good things she’s done with her money).
The next time I’m bored and the house is too quiet, I’ll definitely ask the smart speaker to play Dolly Parton, and see what I get.
