Trump uses words like advertising copy. “Unredacted” means as much as “improved” or “homemade”.
I’m not sure he even thinks of them as lies; if he says something and it increases the value of his brand, then it was, by definition, the correct thing to say.

I believe that “upset” covers it. “Worry” would be inappropriate if the context suggests “agitated”. Since we can’t tell for sure from the context, “upset” is what you’ve got. The substitution was not warranted.
