Donald Trump for President?

I would love to see Trump as President. He is exactly what America needs. He’s ruthless, crude, and a very schrewd businessman. Look at what we have for President now…please. Obama is a moron. Trump has everything it takes to put this country back on the right track. He’s right though. The United States is supposed to be a superpower of a nation yet we have so many countries laughing right in our face. Face it, we’re not what we used to be and someone has to whip us back in shape.

Hahahahahahaha!

Bolding mine.

I think this is a secret message to Trump’s Pennsylvania Dutch cabal.

I think you may be onto something:

There are a great many legitimate criticisms available to you if you wish to say bad things about President Obama. The choice of the word “moron”, I’m afraid, is so far from the mark that it only reflects badly on the chooser. Even if we ignore the clinical meaning of the word ( IQ Basics )and attempt to squeeze by on the 20-year-old slang use of the word, it simply can not be stretched to apply.

Morons do not get accepted into Harvard Law School. And if by some strange combination of conspiracy plots and preferences a moron did get accepted into Harvard, he or she would surely never be made Editor of the Harvard Law Review. And even granting the astoundingly low possibility that a stupid person could make it that far, are you really expecting us to believe that a stupid person could graduate with a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School, Magna Cum Laude?

Actually you can make that claim. if you are a moron.

Since someone has already made that claim in this thread, you are insulting marial personally with this post. Don’t do this again.

Trump: master of race relations.

snerk

Nobody will dare laugh in our face when our President is a reality show host. Not to mention the owner of the most famous hairpiece since Andy Warhol.

This is a terrible reason to vote for anyone. It’s basically about self-esteem.

Trump/Palin in 2012, I can’t wait. It may be the first time ever that the President hits on the VP. They can shoot poor people together, right from the White House balcony. It will be so romantic.

On the other hand, the fact that he’s apparently only (considering) running to boost the ratings of his reality show is a great reason to vote against him.

I usually try to weigh both parties and vote for the candidate that I think is the best. However, if Trump is on the ballot in November I won’t even have to think about it - he will not get my vote.

In fact, it might even be enough to force me to just vote - for the first time - a party ticket and vote against the entire Republican party.

Daily News Owner Mort Zuckerman Says Donald Trump Never 'Saved' Paper | HuffPost Latest News The Donald is busy making enemies while displaying his huge ego. He is so illsuited to political power.

I’d sooner vote for Oprah than I would Trump.

From the website mentioned in LeahJones14’s post:

> And please don’t ever have sex with any of them!

Well, then, it looks like I’m going to be O.K.

The Donald, on the other hand, is a true man of God..

"Trump, who is starting to eye a connection to the evangelicals who make up a key swath of GOP primary voters, said he goes to church "as much as I can. Always on Christmas. Always on Easter. Always when there’s a major occasion. And during the Sundays. I’m a Sunday church person. I’ll go when I can.”
:smack:

Any opponent will hammer him into the ground over his “religion”

Next expected quote from the Donald “And when I get a woman pregnant, I always marry her. . .”

The article above states “Trump provides numerous examples of him stretching the truth about his success in real estate.”, and then goes on to quote some of them- like these gems:

When “quizzed about his claim to CNN’s Larry King that he earned over $1 milliion from a speech he gave to the Learning Annex. Trump admits that he was actually paid only $400,000 in cash, proffering the novel argument that adding in the annex’s promotional expenses puts his payment in the $1 million-plus range.”

"…he told Crain’s New York Business in 2004 and 2005 that his Trump Organization has 22,000 employees, but admitted in the deposition that some of those employees are “not directly” on the payroll. Some are “suppliers, including construction workers, people that supply items to your building.”

I am a multi-millionaire, too. It’s just that most of my dollars are kept under other people names and in other people’s bank accounts. If you add up all the dollars I have ever seen or handled, you’d be surprised! Vote for me!

Trump isn’t going to run, not even for dog catcher.

The GOP is in disarray, burdened by the party within the party. Compounding that problem is a plethora of nut jobs (Bachman) blow hards (Gingrich) and retreads (Romney)

Trump’s purpose is to drive a wedge between the whacko wing and the economics-first wing of the GOP.

Trust me, come August 2012, the GOP candidate for President will be either a sitting US Senator or Governor.

When all is said and done, Washington is an insider’s game.
