Donald Trump is now a birther

I did before, it is only foolish to ignore that many liberals do know that a silly git like you does wonders to discredit conservatives and republicans, so as I said several years ago, “keep going” you are helping us a lot.

I resort to schoolyard taunts because you run away like a scared child.

Since you’re a cowardly liar, I don’t have any reason at all to believe you. But I’ll grant that your particular brand of ignorant stupidity has a depressing number of adherents.

You’re hardly brave. You are so afraid of having your ignorant bullshit challenged you run full speed away from facts.

You aren’t trying to honestly debate or live in a world of facts either.

Says the man with fingers in ears screaming, “Lalalalalalala”.

Yet you still don’t address the facts you are afraid of. You are factually wrong and I’d like you to admit that.

Corsi was one of the swiftboaters too, and also wrote a book accusing Obama of being a secret Muslim. he’s an equal opportunity nutbag, though. He’s also a 911 Truther and says that John McCain is in League with al Qaeda.

Isn’t this the point where you announce you’re going to take a pill, leaving us to sift through the dubious gift of your immense pile of words in a fruitless search for facts?

For one thing, we’re being mean to him so he’l blame it on all of us and run away for good…again.

For another, his opinions are facts. Just like his hypotheticals aren’t hypothetical at all but an actual factual representation of a real life that we just cannot understand.

It’s like you haven’t even been reading the thread.

What’s the most frightening thought here?

[li]Karl Rove takes Bachmann seriously enough to advise her[/li][li]Bachmann has just enough brains to listen to him[/li][li]Bachmann listening to him implies she **is **seriously considering being a candidate[/li][/ul]

I’m not arguing that they’ve done work or that they deserve credit. I’m simply saying they’re out of the loop. And that being out of the loop doesn’t necessarily mean they’re stupid.

That may well be. But how are people looking at Drudge’s page and otherwise knowing nothing about him going to know that? All they see is an authoritative looking book written by someone with a PhD.

And besides, what does my view of Corsi have to do with my argument? For the 1,879th time, I’m not talking about myself.

No it isn’t, though I may leave to tend to other things whenever necessity or desire for alternative amusement requires it.

Hey liar. Enjoying pretending that you’re correct?

But looking at the loop. Hanging around the loop. Getting to within mere centimeters of the loop. Then wandering away from the loop without taking the single step to come in? Yeah. They’re fucking stupid.

And the sad thing is that you actually think that you are making sense with this scenario when you’re all but defeating your own fucking argument.

You mean when you need to run away. Just say it. You’re scared to admit that you’re wrong. The first step is to admit that you have a problem.

Oh, yeah they do; you’re like a big ol’ carp rising whenever we throw day-old waffles in your pond.

Okay, since you’re feeling butthurt and all because I’m ignoring you, I’ll answer your question: They may stop there if they see nothing they want to read about. Or they may go to some other story they think looks interesting. Or they may click on one of the columnists’ links or links to other news sites such as Reuters, UPI or Agence France-Presse. There is a lot to Drudge’s page besides stuff liberals don’t like, you know.

Hey coward. Heard any facts that upset you lately?

Once again, you are only defending the willful ignorance of the birthers.

In Political science, not history or investigative reporting, As I have seen in discussions on global warming, scientific racism, 9/11, moon hoaxes and others, there are a lot of people with PHDs that abuse their titles by pretending to be experts on unrelated fields. And considering that what Corsi wrote before was trash, it is still silly to use ignorance as a defense.

Your ignorance on Corsi is the issue now when you thought that his book would help your cause of defending the ones that are numbnuts for birther causes.

I don’t give a fuck what you think of me or what’s on the drudge report (though golly that’s a name that screams journalistic credibility). The point that you just can’t seem to grasp is that you posited a segment of humanity that just doesn’t have the time to do anything mildly informative and then have them fucking around blindly on the internet. That’s the point. You can’t even stay consistent in your own made up scenarios. Either that or these people that you’ve imagined don’t care enough to bother to educate themselves making them willfully ignorant which proves my point.

I should just let you post without me interrupting because you are literally making my case for me.

You would never accept the kind of defenses you’re making for Truthers, SA, and it would be just as easy to do so. Truthers got short shrift around here and got mocked without mercy when they posted here. You don’t hurt yourself by being willing to call out the nutters and morons on your own side. We do it.

The people I’m talking about aren’t birthers.

You’d have a point, Dio, but I’m not talking about people like Truthers. For the most part the people I’m talking about don’t really have much of an opinon one way or the other; they just occasionally have their curiosity peaked when they happen upon something that sounds questionable. They aren’t convinced of anything and they aren’t making assertions, they’re just going through their lives taking care of work and family business and engaging in recreational activities they enjoy. It would be different if I were talking about “Birthers”, who are the people intentionally and dishonestly trying to make political hay of the issue, but I’m not. Birthers are the equivalent to Truthers, not the people I’m talking about who at best have only casual interest in the matter.

ahem

Piqued.

Anyway, exactly who are these hypothetical people? Why do they need defending?

And more importantly, where are their birth certificates?

Heh. I knew that didn’t look right but I forgot to spellcheck it. Thanks.

They are simply people who for the most part are not all that engaged politically, but who occasionally develop questions about Obama’s birth based upon snippets of information they read or hear about while going through their lives.

And they need defending because we’re supposed to be fighting ignorance here, and I’m fighting the ignorant belief that anyone who doesn’t know that Obama was born in Hawaii is stupid, as was being claimed far, far upthread.
