Trying to figure out why I can do a hidden summary
but can only do those eye watering ‘blurred’ spoilers
Why the hell can we hide a summary? Why would you want to?
What is the purpose, point of the calendar…2020-07-13T06:00:00Z → 2020-07-31T06:00:00Z

Hmm, wouldn’t mind a color pallette and text size slider reminiscent of what was on vbulletin, but not a great loss. I know I’ve seen the tags to use for our rather limited options for text size. Probably miss having the color pallette more.

I think the summary is supposed to go where the word “summary” is. So the “tl;dr” version shows up, but the full (presumably long) post is hidden

Here would go a whole long-ass story full of details if you’d like to read it, but for testing purposes, here’s a kitten just because I want to see if this works… because hiding images is a way I can see myself actually using this feature. It allows them to be an easy-to-access part of the post without making the whole page look flashy.
… oops, about the kitten. It worked on preview- hiding the image inside the summary- but when I hit “post,” it said “sorry, you can’t put images in a post.” Is this a forum-by-forum thing? Not allowed in ATMB?
It would be useful as another way to hide spoilers if you’ve got a whole block of spoilers. If you want to just obscure one word, though- like “it turns out Spider Man was Peter Parker the whole time- who knew?” it flows a little better with the blur.

As far as the blur, SurrenderDorothy, it actually makes my eyes hurt, not hyperbolically speaking. It’s physically uncomfortable as my eyes try to bring it into focus until I click it. I guess it’s not a huge deal, as these things go, but not optimal for me.
