Doper username categories: colors, trees, places, musical, etc

I guess I’m an animal.

There’s Mellivora capensis too, who is a South African honey badger unless I’m much mistaken.

What Exit had me down as a fantasy character - more accurately I’d have to be a “fantasy demigod”, and I seem to recall there’s an Arien about the place. Or I could occupy a lonely niche in the “Fictional names of real-universe planets” category.

man with all these witty categories I feel bad about having a simple descriptive adjective… anybody want to join me in that category?

I also seem to be almost alone in the “Numbers replacing letters” category, but enigmAtic with an A was already taken.

Count me in with Fictional Characters > Mythological. Or perhaps Fictional Characters > Hack Fantasy Novels, but I’m not entirely proud of that one. My sense of taste was not fully established at the time I established my online identity.

And there needs to be a category for “Named After Pets”. I suppose that could be considered a subset of “Animals”, or based on whatever the pet was named after in the first place, but it seems commmon enough to warrent its own category (even though I can’t recall any examples offhand).

Add me to workplace/job! Long name, too.

I have **Arien ** down for Tolkien. Is **Sauron ** a lapsed member or banned? He could join you.

Jim

While **Alice The Goon ** could be listed under fictional characters, I say we stick her with the monsters!

As well as 1920’s Style “Death Ray”.

Usernames with a variation of White and the word Tower in it?

I never realized what Argent meant until this thread!

Chronos writes:

? Which hack novel? I know of a Count Chronos, vampire, and a giant Chronos showed up in a special issue of Fantastic Four. And I know of the giant robot Kronos from the 1950s film of that name (and the evil plan from The Incredibles of that name – I’m convinced Brad Bird was scared by the 1950s movie as a kid.)

But I don’t know a hack novel with Chronos in it. Or else I forgot it.

Piers Anthony was my assumption. Part of the 5 part series involving Death and Time and others.

Put me under literary character please. I will allow others to decide what sub-category!

I knew there was another Heinlein character I knew of. Science Fiction is my pick.

Seven part series, actually:

Incarnations of Immortality Series

On a Pale Horse - Death (Thanatos)
Bearing an Hourglass - Time (Chronos)
With a Tangled Skein - Fate (Clotho, Lachesis, and Atropos)
Wielding a Red Sword - War (Mars)
Being a Green Mother - Nature (Gaea)
For Love of Evil - Evil (Satan)
And Eternity - Good (God)

I think we need a new category: numbers.

I assume there are a few others, though none come to mind.

How so? I know I am missing something important.

IIRC, her username means “anonymous.”

See post #93–I put in myself and EddyTeddyFreddy. Who else you got?
