I would like to officially apologize to all the Dopers who wanted to be a part of this cool holiday event. If my address is on someone’s list and I don’t send you a card, please please please do not hate me 
, I’ve emailed Scuba several times but our email accounts don’t seem to want to recognize each other. I’m pretty upset about it because I thought it was a wonderful way to spread warm fuzzies to other Dopers and I can’t be a part of it! I have one address only because this particular Doper and I have chatted in IM’s and we email each other on a semi-regular basis. We exchanged addresses but I can’t ask you all to do the same. I was really looking forward to being a part of this. I’m sorry

I just resent SanguineSpider her list from my other email, the one that actually talks with her email. I’m also setting up Plan D to get her the list. I deeply regret the technical delays, and I apologize to everybody that Spider’s valentines will be a bit late.
NoClueBoy, I never got contact information from Hazeus, so e’s not on the list. I think my updates on Sunday listed a few people twice; that might have screwed up a few people’s count of who to send a card to.
In other news, yesterday I received my first cards, from Twickster, Pandora, and YellowTail! Thanks, folks!
Hey, Ben, don’t sweat it. You’re not getting paid enough to worry overtime about this.
Besides, Valentines Day is only a convenient excuse to show our love for our fellow Dopers. So if I happen to get a card on, say, February 20th, it’s not filled with any less love than if I’d gotten it on the 14th.
Mail with love is welcome ANY day of the year!
Yay! Mine just went out in the mail.
However, I should note that I sent them through my company mail so they might be a touch slow to get there.

This was fun! I can’t wait to get home and start getting Valentine’s.
I just keep picturing poor little Charlie Brown going to his mailbox everyday and not getting any…
…and I am sorry to say that some may not arrive by Saturday. My apologies, but as certain friends from down under can tell you, I haven’t been at my best lately. As a matter of fact it was a major effort to send out my cards due to the meschuggener way I have been feeling.
I am totally stressed out, but am managing to hang onto a bit of sanity so that I can at least work: my one saving grace.
I want to thank those of you who have taken the trouble to send me cards and thought about me. I’ll be back at some point. Until then, please accept my deepest apologies for the way I acted.
