I put mine the the mail box last night. Some of you may be getting yours a wee bit late but, as I said last year: late valentines are good – it makes the love last longer!
This is always so much fun! I got my first bunch yesterday – Harry Potter, glitter, confetti and a cool bookmark (good idea, Twickster. I stick all my valentines up on the mantel so everyone who comes over can see how popular I am…
I got two yesterday, which is good–It means that other Dopers are getting theirs out as late as I am, which is today.

Most of mine went out Tuesday, and the final 7 were finished last night. But I left them at home today! I may be able to get them in the mail box before pick-up tonight, otherwise, the “last” 7 people on the list will be getting theirs a little late.
I told my husband that I’m going to take down the Christmas cards and put up my Valentines!
I so agree… thats why I used it in a story I wrote last year.
Blonde ? Are you the card from Texas with the name that is so AMAZINGLY close to a male singer’s that I looked at it and said “No way! Why would HE be writing me?”

Next year, I’m making my own, darn it all! Don’t egg my house because of my storebought cards, k?

Wow! I am amazed at the creativity of my fellow Dopers! earthpuppy – Wow! How gorgeous! Which isn’t to slight archergal, Andros_X (whose contribution I opened a wee bit gingerly), scout1222 (really? your very favorite out of all the thousands and thousands of us? ), sexywriter, lurkmeister, Blonde, and FCM. Plus romansperson, whose contribution arrived yesterday.
Okay! I bought more stamps today – I’ll fire up the Valentine-Making Factory tonight and get going on the couple of dozen that I haven’t done yet…

I dragged my sick, achy self out of bed this morning, expecting to find bills and junk mail in the mailbox, and instead I had NINE VALENTINES! Holy cow, that was great!

This day has definitely ended better than it began.
My illness that has laid me low the past week is pretty much gone.
I passed my performance review at work today, so I have a job for another year!
