Well, never mind, then. 
As exhausted as I was last night after a long day on the road, I had enough strength to open the pile of Valentines that awaited my return. Thanks to one and all!! It was a bright spot in an otherwise ucky day.
I got a kick out of the Christmas stamps, since I used them too - along with year of the monkey stamps and amphibian stamps.
Well, I think I’ve found the only downside to the Doper Valentine exchange – it gives my husband an excuse to stiff me on Vaklentine’s Day! When I gave him his valentine he thanked me and then said, nodding towards the mantel, “I’d have gotten you a valentine, but the Dopers came through so nicely I figured you were covered…” Nice, huh? Oh well, you all did come through nicely (and, they’re still coming). We had friends over on Monday and they were very jealous to see all my lovely valentines so prominently displayed!

I grabbed the mail on my way in house on my lunch break. It consisted of:
2 junk flyers
1 loan for the former occupant of the house
1 flyer from my cell phone company
1 bill from the bank for the hubby

SIX DOPER VALENTINES FOR ME!

I got another stack (yes, stack) yesterday. I think I’ll bring them all to work and scatter them around my cube and freak out my co-workers.

Wow, seven of them. Was quite a pleasant surprise, especially after undergoing apheresis. I felt drained. 
I also got another stack yesterday – the one that caught my eye especially was Sunspace’s, which I thought was extremely cool.
