Double features--a game

Here’s the game. Create double features based solely on the titles of the movies. Content is completely irrelevant. Titles only. They can be humorous, nasty, appalling, whatever you want. Examples:

Bambi and
*The Deerhunter

The One* and
*The Others

Love! Valour! Compassion!* and
What’s Love Got To Do With It?

Knock yourselves out.

Blow
Snatch

They only Kill Their Masters and
A Time to Kill

Heavy Traffic and
Gone in 60 Seconds

One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest and
The Two Faces of Dr. Jekyll and
The Three Musketeers and
Four Weddings and a Funeral and
The Five Pennies and
The Sixth Sense and

Eight Men Out and

I acutally saw a picture of a movie marquee featuring these films:

How about Ghost and Ghostbusters?

The Insider
The Outsiders

Nine 1/2 Weeks

Ocean’s Eleven
Twelve Monkeys
13 Rue Madeleine

Sleepless in Seattle
While You Were Sleeping

wow. is there a “fourteen” move in existance?

Yes, but they are either obscure or foreign films. I stopped after Seventh Sign because there was no “eighth” movie that fit. I was sticking to mainstream releases in recent memory, i.e. movies people have generally heard of, that fit the “first, second, third” form.

Four Rooms
Five Easy Pieces
Six Degrees Of Separation
