I was just reading a random column,

and noted that the text, along with references had been included twice. As I could see no plausible reason for this, I assumed someone might want to fix it, and hence have herein posted.

When the site was updated in September the columns were converted to a new format.

The transition has not been seamless. There have been occasional glitches.

Thanks for bringing this one to our attention. There’s a ton of columns on the site and obviously we have not looked at every one. With your help we’ll get it right.
