Someone is touting this person’s work as a sure-fire way for me to overcome my fairly severe fear of heights. The claims are that new discoveries in neuro-science can be used to talk yourself out of negative thoughts. I can’t make much more out of it than that, and I don’t see what new discoveries in neuro-science she is talking about. I presume I have to buy the book(s) or subscribe to the online program to find out.
I am looking for a serious way to evaluate her claims before actually giving her any of my money. If what she has to offer has real value I will be more than happy to pay for it. But my woo radar is strong with this one.
