dried Rosemary and soups...how to cook without leaving pine needles in my food

I would guess that there must be some kind of teabag like thing that I could put spices like rosemary in to keep them from getting all over the food but I have no idea what it would be called.

so any thoughts or links?

A tea ball will do the trick.

Just tie it up in a little piece of cheesecloth. You should be able to find it in the supermarket, though it’s one of those things that isn’t always shelved where you would expect.

tea ball, I dont know if I want to leave something like that in a crockpot for 10 hours but the Cheesecloth seems like it would work fine. thanks guys
