A sorta-kinda drive-thru scene: In Groundhog Day, Bill Murray’s character leads cops on a high speed wild chase that ends up with his car flipped and the cops aiming their guns at him. He rolls down his window and places a to-go order, and the guy in the car with him says “And some flapjacks!”
I’ve heard that story told as “a true story” that happened to various people, including famous lush Paul Lynde, but no idea of the truth value.
“Too early for flapjacks?”
Okay, now I have to see that film!
As far as TV shows, there’s also the Simpsons. Who Shot Mr. Burns Pt. 2, where Wiggum has to stop at the drive-through while taking Homer to jail. And before that, “Sir, it’s a felony to tease the order box…”
I’m pretty sure that Dante proposes at the end of the movie through the drive-thru window.

Mary-Kate and Ashley did a film in 2002 named Getting There that had a drive through scene in it.
