Hmpf, while taking a new photo for my license…the lady at the DMV refused to take my picture while I was making a “cool guy face”…one that would accompany me pointing my fingers like pistols if the pic was bigger.

How can she deny the way I want to look on MY drivers license? BTW it is MINE…I paid for it.

She can deny you because the law says she can. The same way she can make you take your hat off. The powers that be have deemed that they want your picture as clear and plain as it can be. Makes it easier to make sure it’s you.
