Just wondering if anyone out there might be able to help. I just bought a new auto insurance policy and during the process found out that the accident I had on my record had been reported wrong. For some reason, it is on record as being my fault, yet my insurance company did not pay; the other person’s did because she had ran a stop sign and caused a collision. This was two years ago and yet I only found out about it a couple weeks ago. I no longer live in the state where it occurred; in fact I have lived in two different states with two different licenses since then. I do need to find out how to correct this mistake though. I don’t enjoy paying higher insurance rates for no reason! So…if anyone knows anything about this or has had to deal with it before, please help! Thanks in advance!
