When I read the “rules” statement before I registered, I really read them and have followed them to this day. If a new rule is made up, they should include it in the agreement, or else, I see no need to do what they say.
Except it’s their ball and if they want to change the rules in the middle of the game, you better follow them or find somewhere else to play.
