Does this really matter at all? Seems a competent anesthesiologist would recognize more drug is needed whether due to tolerance or just individual variation and compensate right?
I just can’t believe if it really mattered there would not be more stories about mishaps out there, people jerking awake screaming during surgery etc. There are a ton of secret drug users/addicts.
