I have tried, without success, to explain to my dog why we must turn the clocks back one hour yet, in my opinion, she refuses to understand and continues to follow DST (Dog’s Stomach Time) and wishes to eat at the same time of day. Perhaps it’s time to take action.
The only solution I can come up with is to vote a straight Republican ticket this Tuesday because they’re against everything, right? Would that solve the issue?
Just buy a watchdog.

We used to have a cat that would come in our room and lie at the foot of our bed every morning at the same time, just before we got up.
When the time changed, she would auto-adjust that very morning. Even before the clocks were reset.

Sounds like she’ll solve the problem for you one way or another in a couple weeks. Either she stops eating and starves: problem solved. Or she starts eating when it’s offered: problem solved.
