I thought it was very funny, too. But please note that this is a clip from an episode of the Comedy Central show Reno 911, not a real cops-type pull over. The female cop’s voice tipped me off. Wendi Mclendon-Covey is the actress/comedian who plays Dep. Clementine Johnson on that show.
Is that definitely for real? It sure sounds and looks like (as much as i can tell from that ‘police cam’ video) that blonde cop from Reno 911.
