Dungeon! boardgame

What can anyone tell me of the current publication status of the old TSR Dungeon! boardgame? This is the actual boardgame, not the pen-and-paper role-playing game.

I recently found my old copy of the game. Mrs Pleonast wants to throw it out, but I thought it might have some value. I tried doing some Google searches, searched likely companies (TSR, Wizards of the Coast, Hasbro), even searched the SDMB. eBay has various versions, but nothing looks recent. Is the game completely out of print?

Really just want to find out what company owns the rights to the game, and if they’re actively publishing it. Are there any other websites that might help?

It is gone, gone, gone. It is out of print, defunct, no more, no longer among us, ceased to be, unavailable in the new status, highly unlikely to be found in shrinkwrap.
