This first happened today. I turned on the football game on CBS, watching via my DVR and I’m getting the Spanish audio play-by-play. Commercials are in English, as usual. Commentary from the “anchor desk” is English. I switched the input to my digital OTA converter and the play-by-play is the normal English. I hadn’t changed any settings on my DVR setup but checked them and everything I can find is set to English.
Later on, on FOX, same deal. Spanish on the DVR, English on the converter. Yet later, same thing on NBC.
I can’t figure out what’s causing this. Everything comes through in English except the play-by-play on every network.
