Yesterday, I wrote the first draft of my research paper for my English class. My instructor reviewed it, gave me a few pointers on how I can improve it, and pronounced it good.
My thesis is that marijuana should be legalized. It’s chock full o’ well documented facts, and my instructor thinks my arguments are sound.
My mom has told me on more than one occasion that I should write for a living. I enjoy it, and most folks who have read my work (including said instructor) have told me I’m a good writer.
God knows I need the money.
I’m thinking that I’d like to publish it as an e-book sort of a thing. It’s kind of short, when I get the final draft done, it will probably be around twelve pages. What I’m thinking is that I could charge maybe twenty bucks, in exchange for which pro-legalization organizations or individuals would get the booklet and the rights to make as many copies as they wanted to for distribution.
I have no idea how to go about getting this thing published. Not even sure if doing a search online would help- I have terrible problems with search engines bringing up a bunch o’ stuff that is completely irrelevant to my search subject.
Anybody know where I could go to sell this thing?
