Yeah, I’ve heard that a lot. Hasn’t happened yet.
If anything, I’m lowballing the Steelers by giving the Seahawks the benefit of the doubt. Why I’m doing that now, after months of disrespecting every team in the NFL, I don’t know. I think Seattle might get 10 or more, but there’s no way in hell that Pittsburgh gets held to 16. Not the way they’ve been playing.
Someone at the Jedi Council Boards said that as a Steelers fan, he’s betting money on the Seahawks.
He figures that way, if the Seahawks win, he’ll be royally pissed, but make some money. If the Steelers win, he’ll be so jazzed he won’t care about losing money.
Makes sense to me.
I never bet on my own team… even though we’re gonna win. 
Think I’ll wander on down to Pioneer Square tonight and have a few beers. 
Was thinking of you last night. My brother lives in Pittsburgh and is married to a Steelers fan. He is a lifelong Seattle Seahawks fan. We’re not sure exactly why, although we did live there in the late 60s, before Seattle even had a team.
Anyway, the deities are surely smiling upon you and the Steelers faithful. As a fairly objective outside observer, I would not be terribly surprised to see either team win this. I think the line will end up favouring the Steelers, because the Seahawks have gotten as little love as a Conference Champ have ever seen. Folks have had weeks to jump on the Bus/Bandwagon. Also, nice homecoming angle for Bettis.
