Early Voters: Who wants to go out for Ice Cream while everyone else is at the polls?

If you haven’t voted yet: No Ice Cream for You! :stuck_out_tongue:

I am a BIG fan of the early Voting. I went last week. It took me 7 minutes to go into the polling place, vote, and get on with my day!

Everybody else who voted early is invited to go out for Ice Cream with me today while all the come-latelys are at the polls waiting in long lines!

Democracy and Ice Cream! Hooray!

Oooh… that’s tempting. I may treat myself to some later on.

I voted a month ago. Me for ice cream!

Are we going to Baskin Robbins? I early voted last week and it took all of 10 minutes. Normally, I wouldn’t have done it, but since I had to be in Leesburg for some other bidness and the courthouse just happened to be right there, I decided to go for it.

I voted at 6:30 and then went to ShopRite and got a pint of Ben & Jerry New York Super Fudge Chunk. I love democracy.Abortions for some. Miniature American flags for the rest.

I voted last Friday. It took about 5 minutes. Woo-hoo! I vote (snerk!) for Marble Slab Creamery - Chocolate fudge with pecans. Mmmmm…

Voted by mail two weeks ago (viva la Oregon!) I very well may go out for ice cream to celebrate – today has had a rather festive feeling, I think. Let’s hope that feeling continues.

I went down to Rice Patch Volunteer Fire Department at 7:00 this morning to avoid the line. There were about 20 people there and I waited 15 minutes. I’m about to go have a big bowl of strawberry I made on Sunday.

Mmmmm–ice cream! Sounds good. I found some Ben & Jerry’s at Kroger that’s full of cinnamony oatmeal cookie goodness. Maybe I’ll go get some.

We were able to vote at the university a couple of weeks ago; they had it set up for early voting for two days. It was definitely nice to stroll across campus, vote (without standing in line), and be done with it.
