Earthquake felt in Anaheim

I know they film Scrubs on Riverside but I have no idea where The Office is filmed. Up until today, our office was located at 7220 Woodman Ave (right on the corner of Sherman Way). If i’d have to guess I’d say they film around Van Nuys Blvd somewhere between Sherman Way and Roscoe.

You have PMs disabled, if you like enable them and I can tell you exactly where they film it. In fact I was planning on going there in the next couple days to take some pictures to show my family. Maybe I’ll post 'em here.

Now they’ve downgraded it to a 4.5, which still seems high to me. But they’ve had a number of aftershocks, including a 3.3, none of which I felt here in the SGV.

Mild rolling feeling for about five seconds here in Carson. Nothing compared to the one a few months ago.

Felt it in San Diego. I was on the top floor of our condo (1- garage/2 -kitchen level/3 -computer area) and it felt like the condo jerked. Boyfriend was on the second level (kitchen level) and didn’t feel a thing. Refreshed the Earthquake site like crazy until it showed up - it sure felt like an earthquake!

Sorry, that was me. I was visiting St Louis (from California) for a few days and must have brought one with me. My first thought was hmmm, that’s a long rolling one. Second thought was “Hey, I’m not in LA. What’s going on?”. My third thought was “CRAP! They use BRICKS around here” and got the heck out of the bed.

It’s true though that everyone I met for days afterward kept talking about the earthquake whereas a Californian would have forgotten about it by noon.

Never felt a thing- usually don’t. As was said earlier, if stuff isn’t crashing down, I really hardly notice them anymore (lived here all my life).

The geology of the Midwest and California are quite different. Earthquake vibrations carry a lot farther in the Midwest.
