I have the following sentence with two untranslated words. I don’t think context matters, but if so it was written in French about development in India.
Google translate is saying: “against plan” and “contracts du Rendimento,” neither of which seems to fit with the rest of the list. Any help?

Your translate isn’t working because those seem to be Spanish, perhaps mixed with French articles. Should it be “contra de plan” and “contratos de rendimientos”? “Performance contracts”, and maybe “against the plan” for the first, although that doesn’t seem to be the best fit. Granted, my French is much better than my Spanish.
It isn’t Spanish… Seems like a mixture of Portuguese and French, actually.
“Contra du plan” could be “against plan” or “contractual plan” (yes, I know, very helpful - they’re almost exact opposites!); given the context I’d bet on the second. “Contratos de rendimentos” would be “contracts establishing yields/rents”, that is, rental contracts.
Portugal didn’t have much of a pressence in India, but certainly greater than Spain’s; looks like some specific terms and legal forms were acquired from them.
“contraT de plan” would be meaningful in French, as a contractual obligation to achieve objectives related to the plan, but since it’s not the same spelling, I assume this sentence in fact isnt in French (there has been some French presence in India, but it seems doubtful that the same document would include both a French and a Portruguese sentence).
