I eat shortly after I wake up. Then again when I’m hungry.
This assumes that food is available at those times.
I have 3-5 meals per day, usually no snacks, I would rather have real food.

Reminds me… What do you call a ful meal (say, pizza) at 3 am?
Dreakfast?
Morning: Coffee
Afternoon: More coffee
6:00-7:00pm - Dinner.
Midnight - a snack of some sort (tonight I had leftover fried rice and noodles from dinner - about a half serving of each)
Before I go to bed, at about 4am, I might have a sweet something. We have some malted milk balls and I hear a few of them calling my name.
This is pretty normal day for me. Rare days I’ll have a small lunch or something. I never eat breakfast.
If you wake up and eat it, it’s breakfast.
If you go to bed after eating it, it’s supper.
If you stay up and eat again later, it’s lunch.
If you would normally eat 2 pizzas, it’s a snack.
If I’m working out on a given day I’ll eat decent afterward to fuel the workout. Then I may not eat again until dinner time. Otherwise its kind of haphazard, no schedule…the only thing I do consistantly is have 2-3 slice and bake cookies right before I go to bed every night.
I eat when I’m hungry and stop when I’m full. Mostly this means a lot snacking, but every once in a while I’ll have something like a meal.
I avoid snacking out of boredom; often when I need a snack (need sugar/salt) it’s shortly before dinner/lunch so I just move that meal ahead if it’s at all possible. During the week, I’m having a protein-rich breakfast about 6am, lunch at noon and light dinner about 7 or 8 pm. I’m trying to stick to that during the weekends too but last weekend it didn’t work so well.
I never eat hobbits. Wait habits? nm
