Hey guys, it’s me again with another rambling asking for advice and answers, lol. I am just wondering if there is any type of software that will list eBay auctions for you. Now obviously you would have to have your computer already on, and connected to the internet, so I guess it is possible. That’s all I want to know really, unless you care to share to me ways that I could “use eBay to my advantage”, bwahahahaha.
Someone else will probably post some Windows solutions. On the Mac platform, take a look here
I’m not sure exactly what you’re looking for - are you trying to find software that will let you make up your listings offline and list them all at once, or software that will list your auctions at a certain time?
I use ebay’s Sellers’ Assistant program - I downloaded it, and I can set it up with all my “standard” info - shipping methods, payments accepted, etc. All I have to do then in type in a title and description, pick a category, and insert a photo. I do this all offline, then connect to the internet, hit “submit listings” and they all go up.
I also know of at least one photo hosting service that has its own listing templates, and you can set up your listings there, then set a time for them to start, and the program will submit them all for you at your desired time. The service is a ranchoweb.com – you need to ask them for the info, though, as I do not use the service myself and don’t know that much about it.
Try doing any kind of search using the search terms “ebay software”. I tried to do so and got a whole bunch of really good links. I think people should try to do the searching for themselves, so I’m not going to post the links simply due to spite.
How about Mr Lister?
Also, I think ebay has its own solution these days, try reading at umm, ebay.com?
