I just want to see if you can edit a post after five minutes if you open the page before that time.
The administrator has specified that you can only edit messages for 5 minutes after you have posted. This limit has expired, so you must contact the administrator to make alterations on your message.
OK, no, you can’t.
Damn. I thought this was going to be some text/copy that needed to be edited.
Me, too. That would have been more fun.
Although this way we can see an experiment completed with a definite result.
“I would like to ascertain whether one can edit a post after five minutes have elapsed if one travels back in time to open a page in the past.”
Do I get the job?
Now, here’s the trick. When you edit to add something (especially if it’s lengthy) and that window pops up, don’t clear it or you’ll lose everything. Highlight what you added (with the window still there), copy the text, then hit OK. Then you can paste what you copied into a new post.
