Educate me on video cards.

I want a new video card. I’m not a gamer (at all -on this PC anyway), but I do want to get into some video editing in the near future.

I have a Dazzle RCA/USB unit, so I don’t necessarily need a built-in RCA jack (do I?) to import analogue video.

The computer is (or will be) A P4P800 SE Asus motherboard with a P4 @ 2.8 Ghz. with one available AGP slot that is keyed for a 1.5v or 0.8v AGP cards (3 sets of pins).

So, for what I have, and what I want, would this card do me?
