I’m sitting at a table with my cousin who is going deep into PA county by county results, and feeling very optimistic for Harris…. What happens if we hold PA but lose Georgia and Arizona?
Weakness in VA is not a good sign. I don’t see how she carries NC if VA is too close to call with a third of the vote in. Not a great sign for PA either.
I know folks are looking at overall totals, but you need to drill down more to see what the trends are. So far they are: rurals even more pro-Trump than before, suburbs marginally stronger for Harris, weakness in urban areas.
Kornacki seems to be resigned that GA is lost.

I think they have figured it out. They (ie Republicans) figured out that if they didn’t give urban areas enough voting machines they can keep power.

I feel pretty good about that too, ironically since Harris is only leading at 51%. Harris’s lead, which is in line with polling, implies that the mere 8% counted so far in NC is not misrepresentative of the state as a whole, and Stein is leading 58-37.
You sound more confident than I would be that a 270 - 268 win would hold up for the next two months.

That would make sense if only democrat areas in republican held states were having issues. That’s not the case.
