I have the idea that one of the major Republican election strategies will be to subpoena Hillary about Benghazi so that she will have to spend September and October 2016 being grilled by Republican Congressmen rather than be out campaigning. Or maybe it’ll be about the email account thing. What are the chances of this happening and would it succeed?

No one stays before Congress that long, first, and second, if they want her to appear they can do that now. Waiting until then would backfire in a big way.
