Hi y’all. As you may be aware, if you’re paying very close attention to moi (and who isn’t, really?), I’m a Peace Corps Volunteer in Bulgaria. PC has a program for connecting volunteers with teachers in the US to bring information about our host countries back home, the Coverdell World Wise School Program. (link) I signed up for it awhile ago, but volunteer buzz says that it takes forever to get a match unless you have a specific teacher signed up on the other end. I don’t have anyone out there in mind, so I thought I’d throw this request out to Doper hivemind. Want to be my pen pal? Email’s in my profile if you or anyone know know would be interested.

Yeah, absolutely! There’s a pdf document on the website for educators…keeps crashing the computer here at the internet club, so I’m not sure exactly what it asks for, but email me with any questions. (I expect it asks if you want to be connected to a specific volunteer, so you’ll need my name and information.)
