I need 4 lines of text embroidered and since the Parkinson’s started, my hands are for shit. Anyone know of anyone who can do this special thing for me?

A local shop that sells embroidery supplies likely has a staff member who will take on the job for a few bucks. Check under “Needlework”?
Try posting on Etsy Alchemy.
My first thought would be to take it to a place that does sports jerseys. They usually make plaques and embroider, also.

If you want hand work, etsy is probably the best place to look.
If you want machine embroidery, check with sewing machine stores. They probably have three machines that do embroidery on the floor, and if you can provide the material to be embroidered, they might do it for you. In my experience, you want the shop that’s just a bit cluttered and chaotic. Shops that look like sewing machine museums that have things all displayed Just So will only want to sell you a machine.
ETA: if you weren’t a few thousand miles away, I’d say “Come on over, and we’ll pick the lettering style and colors that you want.”
It’s cross-stitch you want, not embroidery. Seconding the etsy alchemy suggestion - such requests are pretty much what it was created for.
