End of Burn Notice(SPOILERS)

They already made that show. It was called The Adventures of Brisco County Jr. And then it was called Jack of All Trades.

Yeah, that was the best feature of the episode (all the opening lines).

I’ve watched every show from the beginning, except for the first couple episodes. If I missed any other than the first couple, it’s because of a DVD power outage, before on-demand was available.

It was time for the series to end. I give them a “B” for the last episode, and I agree it was better than the rest of this season.

All in all, it was a fun show. Thanks for the ride.

Yes, I mean, it took him forever to pull out the switch and activate it. When he starts talking, quickly shoot him in the head, no dead man switch. Yay!

Yes, it was time. That’s what bugged me about this season, it just kept getting so dark. All along, Michael has been fighting the invisible bad guy to get back to the CIA, only to find out the bad guy is the CIA itself. I don’t know, I had several seasons end where it seemed to have been over, only to dig the hole deeper. This season just took most of the fun away.

I’m happy enough with the ending, given where this season took them. Sorry that Maddie had to kill herself. I get that the best way for Mike to get out was for the CIA to think he’s dead. I did enjoy the lines getting repeated, although Fiona’s was a bit forced. Sam’s was great, though.

I just couldn’t see Mike taking over the terrorist organization. Fiona and Sam were right, that wasn’t Mike. Sure, he would have had the ability to do so much, but in the end his original motivation was patriotism and doing the right thing. At least putting those two motivations against each other was the defining conflict that got him to give up the spy life. I guess that was the point, but it was a painful, unfun season.
