i was reading TooL song meanings and the interpretation of the last track of “LateralUs” said that the title was enochian - an angelic language spoken by enoch - for “voice of God”. so, what the heck is Enochian, really? i was raised Christian and have never heard of any such a thing.
Enochian is a constructed language developed by the Elizabethan occultist John Dee.
(Some may argue that it’s not a proper constructed language, since the grammar is basically equivalent to contemporary English.)
It’s most practical use lifts the Enochian alphabet as a substitution code for actual English words, since most “Enochian” words are Proper Nouns for various numinous beings and non-physical planes of existence. 
That extra apostrophe up there has an occult significance which will be plain to initiates. Do not make the mistake of taking it for a mundane typo, but rather a subtle reference to apostasy. But I’ve said too much.
