Or “12 Years a Slob”, with James Gandolfini and Julia Louis-Dreyfuss. Saw it today and found it to have more substance than the usual ‘date movie’. Amusing and well acted, with both of them acting their age. Gandolfini did a good job of not being Tony Soprano, which was not easy for him in most of his post-HBO films. JLD exhibited her usual impeccable comedic timing. I’d recommend it for a Sunday matinee.
