It’s good to see Archer having some semblance of emotions over something. I don’t know why he’s been so moody. He’s just been carrying the fate of his entire planet and race on his shoulders.
When he switched his phaser to “cut”, ran under the stairs, and phasered the beams - how did he know the proper intensity for the beam? If it was just a touch too much he would have cut through the balcony and injured the man’s … pride.

NB: I hope y’all don’t think I’m trying to upstage anyone. I was just inspired by NoClueBoy’s ode to “In the Navy”. 
I’d ask you to fax that little ditty, with a dedication, to Les Moonves…but then I’d be afraid that you’d really do it.
I thought it was an enjoyable episode. I like westerns so that wasn’t a problem for me.
I recognized the buy who played the sherrif as the loyal, taciturn Secret Service agent that helped out President Palmer last season in 24. He looks different with longer, darker hair and a moustache.
I also thought that the girl who played the schoolmarm was rather plain. I mean, she’s attractive enough but not at all pretty. But I see that some of you guys find her to be a major hottie. Isn’t that strange how different people’s tastes are. But that’s a good thing!
I didn’t find her that attractive but I do generally go for the plain, cute type as opposed to the oversexed ones. That is why I love Hoshi and Ezri but not Seven and T’Pol.
