Did you take it? Did you even see it? There is an online version of it, but you need to have AOL or subscribe to EW online to take it. I got an 81, which means that I’m an uncultured shut in or that the test was way too easy.
Many of the ones I got wrong were the multi part ones that you had to get all right. I got every single “did the character leave the series dead or alive” ones wrong. It also helps that I’m old(er).
Com’on. You know you marked up your dentist’s Entertainment Weekly. Whatcha get?
I was going to start a thread on this but forgot. I got in the high 70’s and was disappointed (78 I think). I figured the folks around here scored pretty high.
I also got an 81, for much the same reasons biggirl did. Although I did get all the Dead or Alive ones right. I couldn’t match a single Planet of the Apes sequel, though.
And I don’t think I actively try to absorb that much pop culture trivia. I just thought the test was pretty easy – a lot of the questions were on fairly famous works.
Heck, I’ve never even watched The Godfather all the way through and I know that Luca Brasi sleeps with the fishes.
I got a 95. The bonus questions helped – I don’t think I answered a single rap/hip-hop question correctly. (It also took me a while to remember all 5 members of the Rat Pack, but I figured it out eventually. Peter Lawford, you are unmemorable!)
My score is different if you had to identify WHICH of the Rat Pack members belong to which body. I named them all, but I think switched around the order.
No, the rat pack question is one point and you must get all of them right to get the one point. There is no mention of getting them in the right order.
87 here - and as for the Rat Pack, I knew that Joey Bishop was a member, but never thought of him as a particularly big guy, so held off naming him, 'cuz he looks pretty big in that picture.
…I don’t think it would be copyright infringement if you printed, say 3 or four of the questions. Just to give us non-EW-reading dopers an idea of what the quiz is like…
