Anyone familiar with Epicure products?
I have 2 packets of curried rice with no instructions. There’s maybe a cup of rice in each: hard to tell. The packet dimensions are about 4" X 3" X 2".
Anyone?
OK. It’s about 2 cups of “product” in the bag. I’m going to try 2 cups water, bring to a boil, add some shrimp and simmer for 20 minutes. I figure that’ll work.

At the last second I decided to use 4 cups of water. It turned out great.
