I can’t remember or missed the show or old-himers disease is at work on me.
What happened to Romano’s hand? I’ve seen it be referred to in many episodes where he has to give it more time to heal, more physical therapy, etc. I’ve been hoping they would make some reference to how he injured it in the first place and what the injury is but they just haven’t.
Then this week when he didn’t even know he’d hurt it and ended up saying things like he could set it on fire and not know it tells me he has no feeling whatsoever.
Someone please fill me in. I’m tired of waiting for the writers to do it.
At the end of last season, his arm was chopped off by a helicopter blade. No, really, I’m serious. There had been a scuffle about which patient should be evaculated first, so Romano and several others were on the roof where the helicopter lands. A chart fell and Romano reached down to get in and somehow ended up with his arm going in one direction and the rest of him in another. They were able to re-attach the arm, but it seems unlikely that he’ll recover enough to be able to perform surgery. He’s been given at least one great scene since that shows him as human and not quite as invunerable as he wants you to believe.
I’m so happy to hear it’ll be on this Thursday. I can’t for the life of me figure out what happened that I missed it, but I sure did. I would have remembered a severed arm!
Ah, yeah…what’s up with Luka and the hooker? I fell hook line and sinker for it. I thought he had broken down and was talking with a therapist right up until the end. :smack:
No clue what I think will happen with the hooker. I find myself wondering if he’ll get her off the streets or will she be one of his downfalls or is there another twist coming
I think nothing will happen with the hooker. Just like nothing happened with the hooker on Boomtown after the one episode they had one in. She was just a plot device to make us think, as cadolphin suggested, that he’d actually did what he was supposed to and saw the shrink.
