Error message when I do a copy

When I do a copy from a message on the SDMB, I get the following error message:

The prodedure entry point GetProcessImageFileNameW could not be located in the dynamic link library PSAPI.DLL.

The pop-up on which this message appears is titled “McAfee AutoUpdate: UpdaterUl.exe - Entry Point Not Found”. The strange thing is that it allows me to do the copy, but the error message always appears. I only get this message when I copy on the SDMB (as I post a reply). It does not appear when I copy on a regular file. I use Windows XP Professional.

Any suggestions?

Not sure why McAfee Updater would be sensitive to copying text from the SDMB.

Try this: Do a search in your McAfee program folder and all subfolders for PSAPI.DLL . Rename it PSAPI.OLD . Do not rename this file if it appears outside of the Mcafee folder or one of its subfolders. Restart your computer, and McAfee Updater should get a new copy of PSAPI.DLL from the Windows System32 folder.
