I hope you guys come through again.
I have a game called" angry birds", it is loaded onto a dell latitude d630 and it worked fine until about a week ago.
It starts to load then I get an error message- ?:0: attempt to perform arithmetic on a table value (call stack not available)
I have another game called “angry birds in space” and this one works fine.
HELP !!!
A quick Google search shows lots of people having this problem and not lots of people offering solutions.
And now we have one more of each.
I Googled it too and came up with nothing, other than you’re certainly not the only one with the issue.
All I can recommend is going to Rovio’s support page and clicking “Ask Question” at the bottom, and post the error message.
Enable viewing of hidden files. If you’re running XP go to C:\Documents and Settings{username}\Application Data\Rovio, for Vista/7 go to C:\Users{username}\AppData\Roaming\Rovio. Delete the settings.lua file and try running the game again.
Maybe rename it or make a backup copy before deleting it, just in case?
