I thought “sciencfikcio” was pretty easy compared to “sfeniskinistino”–six syllables, and the only indication of stress on the penult?! Then I noticed that you were accenting the “ci” instead of the “fik” (seems wrong to this English/Spanish/German-taught ear); THEN i noticed the “c” (like German “z”) preceded by “s”–that’s hard. (But it’s NOT “st’see”; it’s “s’tsee”–thus a cousin of the Russian “shch” phoneme.)
I was using the apostrophe to indicate that the consonants had to be each articulated clearly. Also, in Esperanto, all words are pronounced with the accent on the second-last syllable. BAL-dau, KVAN-kam, A-pud, sciencfik-CI-o, sfeniskinist-IN-o.
