It’s not precisely a two way street. That’s the beautiful thing. To all those howling that it would be different if the positions were reversed, well, of course they would. We’re talking about an individual doing business with a big company. There’s more of them than there are of you. Mistakes recievable by you are big and obvious; mistakes recievable by them are very likely to go unnoticed. It’s a double standard, for whatever that’s worth.
