I’ve had an idea for a theraputic home health product to aid sleep and back pain. This would be the kind of product that gets marketed on TV for $20-30. What’s the best path to take regarding patenting and marketing that won’t cost a ton of money? Do the TV marketers have their own licensing service or do they require a finished manufactured product?

If I were you I’d go to Google and type in “marketing an invention” (without the quotes) and start reading. Keeping in mind, of course, that 99% of the sites you’ll see are looking to rip you off.
