What exactly is a “Eurotop” mattress? How does it differ from “Pillowtop”? And then there’s “Euro Pillowtop” and “Plush Euro Pillowtop” and “Ultra Plush Euro Pillowtop”? (These are all from the same manufacturer, by the way.)
Of course my real question is: Why can’t mattress manufacturers speak English?
I believe pillowtop has a separate articulated fluffy filling, like a pillow sewn on top of a mattress, while the eurotop has the padding incorporated as part of the mattress itself.
