Is eve teasing of girls prevalent everywhere in the world?..as it is in asia?
I asked what was ment by “eve teasing” but still no answer. Anyone here heard of it?

Sexual harrasment, from whistling to groping, but short of actual assault. I think it’s a very South Asian term; newspapers in India report cases of “eve-teasing” all the time. Rather a quaint term.
Heard about it and experienced it in India - would have it was an Indian term.
And stop it, or I’m telling.
Don’t know how widespread it is, but it only happened once to me back when I started Jr High in the US [7th grade] it happened in the lunch line. Some idiot grabbed my right breast, so I kneed him in the groin.
Never happened again in that school system.
Had it happen once more in Paris, when I was a junior in high school. I broke his nose with the bacon press I had just bought from an antique store. I dont know if he and his buddies were just going to tease me or if they had something else on their minds, but it was mid-day and very public. The flic watching us thought it was rather funny, and I never got arrested. He just got blood all over his clothes and a pair of racoon eyes, and a lot of pain.
