There’s one coming up on monday, and I’ve decided that I’d really like to work there rather than returning to corporate america. I figure that with my extensive retail management experience and Bachelor’s Degree, I’m a shoe-in for something like a shift manager or even assistant manager position.
The job fair is taking place in one of their stores. I grabbed an application but am planning on typing up a more formal resume anyway before I go.
So what’s it like? What’s the vibe? I’m planning on wearing slacks, nice shoes, and a tie - basically “business casual.” Would a suit be overkill for a walk-in thing like this? (I think so).
Who’s been to one? Any advice?
